Your personal information in your Neuroscale account is deleted when you close your account, or upon request from you to support@intheon.io (information required for record-keeping purposes, such as a history of purchases, may be retained as permitted under applicable legislation).

We value your privacy, and have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all registered users of our site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into their Neuroscale control panel and going to the ‘Edit My Profile’ page, or you may contact us at support@intheon.io to request this information be updated, amended or deleted.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
